During office hours, you can call us for arranging visit.  Non office hours, you can call our hotline 5300 1196 for information.

Our staff will show you the right size of the unit during visit.

Just bring your ID (e.g. ID Card if personal use,  or BR copy with chop if business use) and pay at least one month rent and two months refundable standard price deposit.  Then, you can use the storage right-away or from your scheduled move-in date.

Yes, we offer discount for prepayment of at least 6 months or above. Please check with our staff for detailed information.

Transportation services and information could be referred if needed.

You can pay the monthly rental in a number of ways;

  1. Go to the branch to pay by cash or EPS.
  2. Online bank transfer or ATM (please email, fax or whatsapp the payment advice with your unit number and branch to us)
  3. Send Cheque to us, payable to “Winner Storage” (post dated cheque will not be accepted)

The minimum rental period is one calendar month.

No, all units are for storage only.

  1. Food or perishable goods or living creatures (including plant)
  2. Illegal goods
  3. Any hazardous or dangerous materials which are subject to be controlled by law, such as the Dangerous Goods Ordinance
  4. Items which emit any smells or odors or any noise or vibration to be felt outside the Unit.

Further to the fire prevention measures, we have advanced security systems, including front door access control, 24 hrs ccTV, motion-sensing recording, daily on-site inspection, and 24 hr lighting systems, etc.

We provide storage units from 8 sq feet to 300 sq feet.

Customer can give 14 days advanced notice by email or phone, and sign a move-out form before or on the day of move-out.  We will refund the deposit by cheque within 2 weeks, either directly bank-in to customer account or pick-up from our branch office.

Customer can change to different unit size anytime.  No service charge.

Our insurance can usually cover the building-related accidences, such as fire and third-party insurance.  Customers can decide whether they need to buy insurance to cover their items inside the storage unit.

After the mini-storage fire accident in 2016, the Government imposed new fire regulations on the industry.  The New Generation Mini-Storages (like Winner Storage) are built according to these new regulations.

Further to the potential fire hazards, the old generation mini-storage are mostly illegal and may be out of business soon. All customers must move-out or transfer to the New Generation mini-storage.

    1. After pressing the above Reserve button, 1 unit will be reserved to your mobile number for 7 days.

    2. If your selected size is not fit, you may change another unit size, subjected to availability.

    3. Within 24 hours, our customer service officer will call you to confirm the Reserve, make appointment and answer any question.

    4. If your estimated move-in date is over 7 days, you may choose to pay $100 non-fundable booking fee (deductible from rent) to extend the booking to one month. Our customer service will inform you the payment procedure.
